Do I need Excel or does Google Sheets work?
Both. Every purchase includes the Excel file (.xlsx) and a link to a Google Sheets version you can copy to your own Drive. All formulas and charts work in both.
I'm not a finance person — will I be able to use this?
Yes, that's exactly who these are built for. You only ever touch one tab: the data input tab. Everything else calculates automatically. Each tool comes with sample data already filled in so you can see it working before you change anything, plus a short walkthrough video.
My MRR is under $10k. Is this overkill?
No — these are most valuable early, before bad habits form. Knowing your churn rate, LTV:CAC, and runway at $2k MRR means you make better decisions from day one. The metrics that matter don't change as you scale; only the numbers do.
Can I use this with Stripe data?
These workbooks use manual entry — you type your monthly figures directly into the input tab. There is no Stripe connection or import tab. If you have your MRR data in Stripe or another tool, you read the figures off and enter them manually, which takes under 10 minutes per month.
